the good old-fashioned modern agency

Our Story

Digital Fag Packets origins are the result of its team members having worked and spent time together on many different projects within the industry, working in all its creative sectors. We worked for many different clients and many different agencies.

As we grew wiser…. and older…. we realised the proliferation of services and products offered by the design and creative industry needed to be simplified.
Clients were spending more time than ever away from their core business trying to manage and bring together the creative elements they required.

We wanted to consolidate all those elements into a well defined solution and return to more of a one-stop shop model, a move which has enabled our clients to focus on their business and strengthen the agency-client relationships.

Our Approach

The Digital Fag Packet process integrates our creative strengths with your in-depth understanding of your business to produce experiences that elevate your brand.

Before we go anywhere with you, we  hold a “chemistry meeting”. This is a perfect opportunity to discuss your goals and ask questions from both sides.
We research into what it is you need and how you are likely to get there.
Your primary goal is to find a professional, trustworthy creative agency that you can develop a strong relationship with. Some agencies will have great ideas but if you don’t get along, or there is poor communication and understanding, then those good ideas will end up being very expensive.

We are multi-disciplinary.

Unlike any other creative team, we have no problem in bringing in help for our client projects. On the rare occasion the DFP team didn’t have the necessary skills, it took us very little time to work our contacts and find the missing piece of the creative jigsaw. We make sure anyone working with us understands our ethos and more importantly our client relationship.
